In order to maximise how we use our limited financial and human resources, in 2024 we'll be introducing new systems in relation to our operations, grants and partnerships.

This will include making our support grants criteria much more focussed on those in most urgent need, and our Holiday Fund will be made more streamlined and easier for eligible families to apply.

Families or campaigns that require support with more functional resources (e.g. IT hardware or stationary, t-shirt print and marketing, websites and social media etc) will be encouraged to use our low-priced Give-Back-Shop.

We'll also be reviewing and extending our Assessment Partner relationships, and introducing quarterly live Q&A sessions for partners and families via Zoom.

Finally, we'll be seeking to increase our public donations, sponsorships and core funding for staffing and service developments, in order to ensure that the National Memorial Family Fund is secure well into the future.
