National Mikey Powell Family Fund 4th grants round funding summary
The fourth National Mikey Powell Memorial Family Fund (NMPMFF) grant round closed on 7 December 2021. In this round the assessment team also awarded several Crisis Fund grants.
We successfully allocated £11,940 in grants to 26 families/campaigns in the fourth round. This takes the total awarded over the life of the Fund to £37,940.

This FREE 'family-only' event consists of a tasty meal and beverages, pamper zones, arts & wellbeing stalls, resident DJ and local performing artists; willtake place on Saturday, 29 August 2023.

It is extremely rare for anyone to be held accountable for such deaths. In the past 35 years, only one police officer has been convicted of manslaughter following a death in police custody.
