This FREE 'family-only' London event consisting of a tasty meal and varied beverages, pamper zones, arts & wellbeing stalls, resident DJ and local performing artists; has now been scheduled for Saturday, 29 August 2023.


This family-only event is essentially all about respite, entertainment, fun and pampering.


The event is the final in a series under our current national events programme. The previous events included the hugely successful first event, Looking Back : Moving Forward, held in Birmingham in September 2021, and the Families Matter: Caring Matters Fun Day which was held in Manchester in May 2023.


This event will also mark 20 years since 4WardEverUK was launched in 2006 by Tippa Naphtali the cousin of Mikey Powell who was killed in the custody of West Midlands police in 2003.


This event is being delivered with support from the National Lottery Community Fund, and in association with 4WardEverUK and The People's Tribunal, and is also supported

by Naphtali Associates and Catalyst 4 Change CIC.

Activities will include:


  • A tasty meal and beverages
  • Resident DJ throughout the event
  • Pamper zones and stalls (bead making, balloon scuptering, arts & workshops etc)
  • Live entertainment from local talent


Travel costs part-reimbursed:

Some families that attend from outside of London will may qualify for a fixed contribution towards travel costs met by the NMPMFF's Legacy Crisis or Therapy Care Fund.
