This normally applies to donations we receive, but will also include the bank details or addresses of those in receipt of our grants.

Secondary email services are hosted on the National Memorial Family Fund websites secure server and governed by our own privacy and data policies.

Email addresses are hidden in any group emails that are sent out by The National Memorial Family Fund or the website moderators, however they may be visible in any public forums we may provide unless you opt to hide your personal information when using such facilities.

We do not send unsolicited emails as a matter of practice, however certain emails of such or similar nature may be sent in isolated or appropriate circumstances for the purposes outlined within this policy.
